This "Thirsty" yarn is heavily impregnated with PTFE suspension and submicronic PTFE particles to add lubrication; is also protected from chemical attack. Conformable, Sealable material reduces friction hence also increases sleeve life. Typical applications are Pumps, Mixers, Agitators with mild acid or alkali attack. Best for pharma applications.
